Where does Ädesē™ Ship?

Ädesē™ ships to the United States, (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and military bases) and Canada.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12 pm EST Monday-Friday will be processed same-day. All other orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed the following business day. 

How do returns work?

If you do not love your Ädesē™ products, please email us at hello@adeseskin.com and we will be happy to assist you. To start a return, please email us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please note at this time we are only able to accept returns within the contiguous United States on items purchased from Adeseskin.com. 

We can only accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly offer a full refund to the original form of payment. 

All apparel are final sale and non-returnable.

Items must be returned with original packaging.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund on original shipping charges.

How long do returns take to process?

Please allow approximately three weeks for us to process your return. Once processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
